K K Sabikhi, born on July 10, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities, including Special Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Managing Director, and District Collector and District Magistrate. His most recent posting was as District Collector and District Magistrate at Bikaner, Rajasthan, from January 1, 2001, to July 31, 2001. Throughout his career, Sabikhi contributed to the administration of Rajasthan until his retirement from the IAS.
