K K Prasad, born on January 21, 1934, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Economics, along with a postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Joint Director, Joint Secretary, Director, and Administrator. His most recent position was Additional Director in the Social Justice and Empowerment Department from July 1, 1991, to January 1, 1992.
