K K Misra, born on 15 July 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including Project Director, Joint Secretary, Director, and Commissioner. His most recent position was Joint Development Commissioner at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, from 1 June 1994 to 31 July 1997. He was associated with the Department of Planning and Programme Implementation.
