K K Dwivedi, born on March 1, 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including Director, Joint Secretary, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from July 1, 1997, to February 28, 1998. Throughout his tenure, he contributed to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh until his retirement.
