K K Balat, born on July 12, 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Gujarat cadre. He served as District Collector at Narmada, Gujarat, from March 24, 2005, to July 31, 2007. Prior to this, he held the position of Deputy Secretary. Mr. Balat is a graduate and has contributed to the administrative services during his tenure.
