K H A N Gowda, born on August 3, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 Karnataka cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, and Deputy Commissioner. His most recent role was Secretary in the Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries at Bangalore, Karnataka, from September 2, 2013, to August 31, 2014. Throughout his career, he held multiple leadership positions contributing to the administration of Karnataka state.
