K Gopalakrishna Bhat, born on 11 May 1965, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 Kerala cadre. Throughout his career, he held several key positions including District Collector, Joint Excise Commissioner, and Director. His most recent role was Special Secretary in the Administrative Reforms Department, a position he assumed on 8 March 2018. Mr. Bhat served with dedication in various capacities within the Kerala government until his retirement.
