K G Jagadeesha, born on 20 May 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2005 Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.E. from Bangalore University, a B.Sc. from the University of Agricultural Science Bangalore, and an M.Sc. from IARI New Delhi. Currently, he serves as Secretary at the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Karnataka, since 30 June 2025. His previous roles include Secretary, Commissioner of School Education, Additional Chief Electoral Officer, Commissioner of Labour, Mines Commissioner, and Deputy Commissioner, among others. He received the National Award for e-Governance in 2013-14 and a Gold Award for the GPS Mobile-based Housing Monitoring System.
