K. Dhananjaya Reddy, born on 10 May 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Director, and Chief Executive Officer. His most recent position was Secretary to the Chief Minister at Guntur District, starting from 30 May 2019, within the Chief Minister's office.
