K Devanand, born on January 26, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Commissioner, Special Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, and Joint Secretary. His most recent role was Commissioner in the Cooperation Department from April 22, 2013, to January 31, 2015. Throughout his career, Devanand contributed to multiple administrative functions within the state government before retiring from service.
