K Damayanthi, born on 18 June 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Andhra Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering. Over her career, she served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Project Officer, Deputy Secretary, Joint Collector, District Collector and Magistrate, Secretary, Director, Joint Secretary, Executive Director, and Secretary. Her most recent position was Principal Secretary to Government in the Agriculture - Animal Husbandry and Cooperative Department from 17 January 2019 to 30 June 2020.
