K D Parmar, born on 26 December 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1975 Gujarat cadre. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Political Science, Economic Development, and Law. Throughout his career, Parmar served in various capacities including Under Secretary, Deputy Collector, District Development Officer, Deputy Secretary, Managing Director, District Collector, Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Settlement Commissioner at Gujarat’s Land Revenue Department from December 1992 to December 1993. Parmar’s extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the Gujarat state government.
