K Chandrasekhar Babu, born on May 4, 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 Kerala cadre. He has held various positions including Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, and Secretary. His most recent role was Director in the Department of Employment and Training at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, from November 12, 2004, to May 31, 2007. A graduate by education, Mr. Babu has served the Kerala government in multiple capacities throughout his career.
