K Chandramouli, born on May 1, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a PG Diploma in Banking and a postgraduate degree in Economics. During his career, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, CEO, Managing Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Project Director, Joint Secretary, and Joint Collector. His most recent position was Commissioner at the Andhra Pradesh Academy of Rural Development (APARD) from November 13, 2011, to April 30, 2013.
