K C Sampat, born on 28 December 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 Gujarat cadre. He holds an M.E. in Civil Engineering from Gujarat University, an LL.B. from Saurashtra University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Kozhikode. Throughout his career, he has served as District Collector, District Development Officer, Managing Director, and Officer on Special Duty. Currently, he is the Managing Director at the Industrial Extension Bureau (INDEXTb) in Gandhinagar, a position he assumed on 3 February 2025. He is proficient in Gujarati and remains in active service.
