K C Patnaik, born on 14 October 1934, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Geography. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale officer, Additional District Magistrate, General Manager, Executive Officer, Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from 1 March 1989 to 1 October 1992.
