K C Mohapatra, born on 10 February 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a graduate degree and served in the Chief Minister's Secretariat. His most recent designation was Personal Secretary to the Chief Minister, a position he held from 25 September 2008 to 28 February 2010. Throughout his career, he has been associated with the role of Personal Secretary to the Chief Minister.
