K B Upadhyay, born on 21 May 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 batch, Gujarat cadre. During his service, he held the position of District Collector at Mahisagar, Gujarat, from 23 February 2015 to 31 May 2018. Prior to this, he served as a District Development Officer. His career in the IAS was marked by his contributions to the Gujarat administration until his retirement.
