K B Bakshi, born on 26 June 1930, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1979 batch, Gujarat cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Commerce and a Diploma in Labour Welfare. During her career, she served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Secretary, and District Development Officer. Her most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department, Gujarat, from 1 August 1984 to 1 June 1988.
