Jyotishman Chattopadhyay, born on October 13, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree. Currently serving as Secretary at West Bengal since August 20, 2020, he is associated with the Hooghly River Bridge Commission. Mr. Chattopadhyay continues to be in active service within the IAS.
