Jyoti Yadav, born on 12 May 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. She holds a B.A. in Economics from Delhi University and an M.A. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Health and Family Welfare since 21 March 2025. Her previous roles include Deputy Secretary, Director (Census Operations), Additional Secretary, District Collector, Chief Development Officer, and Director. Fluent in English and Hindi, Jyoti Yadav continues to contribute to public administration in her ongoing service.
