Jyoti Praksh Das, born on August 2, 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a graduate degree and served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Director, and Commissioner & Director. His most recent position was Commissioner & Director of the Printing and Stationery Department from April 21, 2010, to August 31, 2011. Throughout his career, Das contributed to the administrative framework of Odisha until his retirement.
