Jyoti Prakash Das, an IAS officer of the 2010 batch from the Odisha cadre, was born on July 8, 1965. He holds a Master of Arts degree and is currently serving in the Panchayat Raj department. Since October 7, 2023, he has been appointed as the Director of Special Project at Bhubaneswar. Mr. Das continues to contribute to public administration in his ongoing service.
