Jyoti Kumari, an IAS officer from the 2018 batch of the AGMUT cadre, is a dedicated civil servant. She holds a B.A. Honours in History from the University of Delhi and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently serving as Secretary in various departments including Fisheries, Tourism, IP & T, Art & Culture, Civil Aviation, and Transport, she also serves as Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Secretary. With a strong educational background and diverse administrative experience, Jyoti Kumari continues to make valuable contributions in her role as a civil servant.
