Jyoti Kumari, born on November 7, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. She holds a B.A. Honours in History from the University of Delhi and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, she is the Secretary for Fisheries, Tourism, IP & T, Art & Culture, Civil Aviation, and Transport, as well as Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Secretary in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, a position she has held since August 16, 2023. Her previous roles include District Collector, Deputy Collector, Assistant Collector, and Executive Magistrate
