Jyoti Kumar Lakra, born on August 2, 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds an M.A. in Economics. During his service, he served as Additional Secretary to the Government of Odisha in the Food Supplies and Consumer Welfare Department, based in Bhubaneswar, from January 21, 2022.
