Jyoti Kalash, born on 17 December 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Nagaland cadre. He holds an M.Stat. and M.Sc. in Statistics from Patna University, along with a B.A. in Statistics. Over his career, he served in various capacities including Chief Resident Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Director, Adviser, Private Secretary, Commissioner & Secretary, Secretary, Managing Director, Deputy Commissioner, and Resident Commissioner. His most recent designation was Apex Scale from 12 February 2022 to 31 December 2023.
