Jyoti Buddha Prakash, born on October 1, 1974, is a 2002 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Telangana cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree and is proficient in English, Hindi, and Kannada. Currently, he serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL), Telangana, a position he has held since February 11, 2026. Throughout his career, he has also held the position of Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
