Juthika Patankar, born on January 15, 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree and an M.A. in English from Delhi University. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Additional Secretary, Director General, Principal Secretary to the Governor and Government, and Special Secretary. Her most recent position was Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from December 7, 2021, to October 31, 2022. Patankar's extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles across the Uttar Pradesh government.
