Jubin Mohapatra, born on November 7, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, assigned to the Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Bangalore University, Karnataka. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner at Karnataka's Raichur City Corporation, a position he has held since January 27, 2021. Prior to this role, he was the Senior Assistant Commissioner. Jubin Mohapatra continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
