Jose Issac, born on August 14, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 Kerala cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Director, Regional Director, Secretary, and Commissioner. His most recent designation was Commissioner from June 24, 2014, to August 31, 2015. He also held the position of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Throughout his career, Jose Issac contributed to multiple administrative roles within the Indian government before retiring from service.
