Johny Tom Varghese, born on 22 September 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Science from Madras University and a PG Diploma in Financial Management from the All India Management Association, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Collector at Nagapattinam District since 27 May 2023. His previous roles include Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Director, Sub Collector, and Assistant Secretary. He is proficient in English, Malayalam, and Tamil. Johny Tom Varghese continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
