Johny Joseph, born on 29 May 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1972 Maharashtra cadre. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he held several key positions during his career, including Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, Deputy Director General, and various secretarial roles such as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Secretary to the Chief Minister, and Secretary to the Governor. He also served as Chief Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra in the General Administration Department. His extensive administrative experience spans roles from Assistant Collector to CEO, reflecting a diverse and accomplished career in public service.
