John Innocent, born on June 3, 1933, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1955 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Chemistry. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Director, Special Commissioner, and Principal Secretary. His most recent designation was Additional Secretary in the Land Revenue department of Maharashtra. His extensive service record reflects a broad range of administrative responsibilities within the state government.
