Jogindra Singh, born on April 17, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Bio-Technology from Amity University. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Namami Gange and Grameen Jalapurti Department, U.P. Jal Nigam (Rural) since October 28, 2025. His previous roles include Vice Chairman, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, Assistant Secretary, and District Magistrate & Collector. Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the governance and development of Uttar Pradesh.
