Jogdande Vijaykumar K, born on December 1, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a B.D.S. in Dentistry from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, and a Ph.D. Currently, he serves as the Additional Secretary at Uttarakhand's State Election Commission, a position he has held since January 17, 2026. Proficient in English, Marathi, and Hindi, Jogdande Vijaykumar K continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
