Joga Ram, an IAS officer of the 2005 batch from the Rajasthan cadre, was born on 17/01/1981. He holds a B.Sc. from MD Saraswati Univ. Ajmer, LL.B. from Rajasthan University, Jaipur, and M.A. from IGNOU Delhi. With proficiency in English and Hindi, he has served as Secretary at GAD, CABINET, ESTATE, STATE MOTOR GARAGE & CIVIL AVIATION, and as Ex-Officio Chief of Protocol. Currently, he holds the position of Director General at the Civil Aviation Department.
