Jitin Yadav, born on 16 February 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, allotted to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Physics from Delhi University. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Science and Technology Department of West Bengal, a position he has held since 27 November 2025. Prior to this, he also served as Special Secretary. Jitin Yadav continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
