Jitendra S. Papalkar, born on 29 December 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.Tech. from Marathwada Agricultural University, Parbhani, Maharashtra. Currently, he serves as the Divisional Commissioner at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Division, Maharashtra, a position he assumed on 31 May 2025. His previous roles include District Collector, Chief Executive Officer, and DM & Collector. Throughout his career, he has received multiple awards such as Best District Election Officer, recognition in the Smart and Clean City Competition, Best Performance in Civil Administration (Nagar Palika), and appreciation for work in the National Leprosy
