Jitendra Nath Mishra, born on July 7, 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Ancient History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Special Secretary, Director, Labour Commissioner, Secretary, Additional Director, Managing Director, General Manager, Additional Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, and Sub Divisional Magistrate. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Energy Department from January 30, 2004, to July 31, 2004.
