Jitendra Kumar Upadhyay, born on 21 November 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 Rajasthan cadre. Throughout his career, he held several key positions including Secretary to Government, Commissioner, Director, Development Commissioner/CVO, and Additional Director. His most recent appointment was as Secretary at Jaipur, Rajasthan, commencing on 22 November 2021. Mr. Upadhyay served with distinction in various administrative roles within the state government until his retirement.
