Ajmer, B.Ed. from Jammu University, and M.A. from Univ. of Bikaner. Soni serves as the Mission Director at the Medical, Health & Family Welfare Department and has previously held the position of Ex-Off. Sep. Secretary at the same department. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his roles in the civil services.
