Jitendra Gupta, born on 15 August 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Medical and Dental from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi. Currently, he is the Joint Secretary at Bihar State Planning Board, a position he assumed on 7 September 2024. Throughout his career, he has held roles including Assistant Secretary and Joint Secretary. Proficient in English and Hindi, Jitendra Gupta continues to serve in the Bihar administration.
