Chief Secretary To Government, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department
Jiji Thomson, born on 23 February 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Kerala cadre batch. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and a graduate degree in Economics. Thomson served as Chief Secretary to the Government in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from 2 January 2015 to 29 February 2016. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Director General, Managing Director, Special Director General, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Agricultural Marketing Adviser, District Magistrate, and Assistant Collector. He was also honored with the Kerala Sahitya Academy Award for "Nothing Official."
