Jiban Chandra Chakraborty, born on 21 February 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2000 batch, West Bengal cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including State Editor and Director. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Transport Department, a role he assumed on 17 November 2014.
