Jeyaseelan V P, born on December 5, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, serving in the Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds an M.A. in Tamil and a Ph.D. Currently, he is the Joint Commissioner at Greater Chennai Corporation, Tamil Nadu, a position he has held since June 11, 2025. His previous roles include Deputy Secretary, Sub Collector, and Collector. Fluent in Tamil, Jeyaseelan continues to serve in the administrative capacity within the state government.
