Jenu Devan, born on January 1, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Com and M.Com from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, and an M.A. in Public Policy. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Finance Department (Expenditure) of Gujarat since December 22, 2025. His previous roles include Superintendent of Stamps & Inspector General (Registration), Managing Director, District Collector, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, District Development Officer, Assistant Collector, and Settlement Commissioner & Director (Additional). He has received the Best District Collector award and the Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Administration. He is proficient in English, Malayalam, and Gujarati
