Jenu Devan, born on 01/01/1984, is a 2006 batch IAS officer of the Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Com and M.Com from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, and an M.A. in Public Policy. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Finance Department (Expenditure) of Gujarat since 22/12/2025. His previous roles include Superintendent of Stamps & Inspector General (Registration), Managing Director, District Collector, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, District Development Officer, Assistant Collector, and Settlement Commissioner & Director (Additional). He has received the Best District Collector award and the Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Administration. He is proficient in English, Malayalam, and Gujarati.
