Jenu Devan, born on January 1, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Com and M.Com from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, and an M.A. in Public Policy. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Finance Department (Expenditure) of Gujarat since December 22, 2025.
