Jayeshkumar Babulal Upadhyay, born on 26 May 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Agriculture. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Municipal Commissioner at Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, a position he assumed on 3 February 2024. Proficient in Gujarati and Hindi, Jayeshkumar continues to contribute to public administration within his cadre.
