Jayashree Raghunandan, born on 16 July 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Tamil Nadu cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Commerce and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Special Secretary, Commissioner, Director, Additional Secretary, General Manager, Deputy Secretary, Joint Commissioner, Executive Director, District Collector, Special Officer, Managing Director, Deputy Commissioner, Project Coordinator, Joint Director, and Sub-Divisional Officer. Her most recent position was Commissioner in the Department of Land Reforms, commencing on 26 November 2011.
