Jay Vikas, born on 14 May 1998, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, Assam Meghalaya cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Varanasi University College. Currently, he serves as the District Commissioner at Udalguri, Assam, a position he has held since 17 March 2026. His previous roles include Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Co-District Commissioner. Jay Vikas continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Assam Meghalaya cadre.
