Jay Prakash Singh, born on 27 August 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Ranchi University. Currently, he serves as the Secretary at Bihar in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, a position he has held since 23 December 2022. Mr. Singh continues to be an active member of the IAS, contributing to the administrative functions within his department.
